UPDATED: January 06, 2026

We are committed to sustaining your trust in us. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding how we collect, use, and disclose your information in terms of this website, the products, and the services that we offer through this site.

We do not share your information with any third parties outside our organization, except as stated in this Privacy Policy.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Azure Tails (the company that owns and operates this site), and the terms “you” and “your” refer to you – the people who use our site. If you do not agree with our Terms of Service (“TOS”) or Privacy Policy, please do not use our site.

1.    What Information We Collect From You

We may collect personal information about and from you depending on how you use this site. If you make a purchase through this site, we will request the information necessary for us to complete the transaction, including your name, address, and email address.  By using our site to make a purchase, you give consent for us to contact you regarding it as part of our commitment to customer service. We collect and hold your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide this service or to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We do not request or require “sensitive” or “special category” information. We use Stripe and Paypal, third-party payment processors, to accept payments. We never have access to your credit card number. Please see their terms of service and privacy policy for information about their respective services.

2.    We Have an Optional Email List

If you opt-in to receive marketing emails from us, you voluntarily give us permission to send you emails about our products and services, including updates and new offerings. We also track email usage information to improve our emails, deliverability, and enhance the content sent to you. You may contact us regarding this use at any time using the contact information below. We use Mailchimp to maintain our email list, which has its own privacy policy for protecting your information. We will keep your information on our mailing list until you withdraw your consent. You may opt-out of receiving these messages at any time by using the opt-out links in every email or contacting us.

3.    How and When We Share Your Information with Others

Our policy is that only the people who need access to your information to do their job will have such access. There may be times that we need to hire a third-party service provider to assist with our day-to-day operations, and that they’ll need access to your personal information as part of providing those services. If that occurs, we will require that third-party service providers to enter into a confidentiality agreement with us, prohibiting them from using the information for any other purpose other than the services they were paid to provide.

We will not share or sell your information to other third parties without your explicit consent except for the following reasons. We may share your information with a third party if we have a good-faith belief that sharing the information is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or enforceable government request including court orders; to investigate potential violations or technical issues on our site; or to protect against harm to us, our users, or our affiliates’ rights, property, safety, or to the public as permitted by law. We must disclose your personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

For all other uses, we will ask for your consent to use your personal information in a way that is not directly related to the reason that we collected it and we do not have relevant current permission from you unless so permitted by law. Of course, you may opt out of having your information shared with a third party or used for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you by contacting us using the information below.

4.    Cookies

We use cookies track how our site is used, which tells us which areas are useful to users and what areas need improvement. You can turn off these cookies through the settings on your browser. If you turn off cookies, you can still access this site.

Unless you opt-out of cookies, when you visit this site, our web analytics system automatically tracks your usage of the site, but this does not give us any additional personal information. The site may also collect anonymous aggregate “traffic data” (contains no personally identifiable information about individual users) which may help us improve our site and services.

5.    Your Rights Regarding Your Information.

At any time, you may request that we:

·      Update your personal information,

·      Correct your personal information,

·      Delete your personal information, or

·      Provide you with a copy of your personal information.

We will comply with such requests as permitted by law or contract.

Azure Tails is exempt from having to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). California residents, please note that we do not sell or share your personal information with anyone except as stated herein. You may request a copy of your personal information in our possession with a written request using our contact information below.

6.    How We Safeguard Your Personal Information

We have internal policies and procedures designed to protect your personal information, including protection from unauthorized use or disclosure. We have implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to maintain confidentiality and integrity of the personal information in our possession and to guard against unauthorized access. We continue to assess new technology as it becomes available and to upgrade our physical and electronic security systems as appropriate. In accordance with European Union’s (“EU’s”) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and CCPA, we perform a self-assessment of our privacy practices and procedures at least once per year.

Our policy is to permit independent contractors to access your personal information only if they have a business purpose for using such information, such as administering, providing, or developing our services. Independent contractors are provided with your personal information on a need-to-know basis only and are bound by contract to keep all personal information confidential and protect such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. (This provision would also apply to employees if we had any.)

We delete personal information that is no longer necessary for us to have as a business entity or to provide you with our products and services.

7.    We Transmit Your Information from Europe with Consent

We are a U.S.-based company. If you are an EU citizen, and you use our site in any way that requires you to provide us with your personal information, giving us your information is an expression of your consent for us to transmit your personal information to us in the U.S. as part of the transaction process, and for it to be used according to our TOS and this Privacy Policy. When we transmit your personal information from overseas, we will only do so with your consent to the transmission or otherwise in accordance with the applicable privacy laws.

We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement power of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) in the U.S., which oversees acts or practices in or affecting commerce by any person, partnership, or corporation. The FTC has jurisdiction over our compliance with the GDPR.

In the context of an onward transfer of your information, we have the responsibility for the processing of personal information we receive under the GDPR and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We will remain liable under the GDPR if our agent processes such personal information in a manner that is inconsistent with this law, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage. We do not have any entities or subsidiaries within the company.

In compliance with GDPR, we are committed to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU residents with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Policy should first contact us at: dani@begoodnatured.com. Additionally, you may lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority at any time.

You may, under certain conditions, invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding our GDPR compliance that are not resolved by any of the other mechanisms provided under this law.

8.    Modification

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time as we deem necessary or desirable. These changes will most likely be made to comply in changes to our site or services and/or changes in the law.

When we update our Privacy Policy, we will notify you via email as well as by posting a notice on our homepage. Whenever possible, we will provide 30 days’ notice of changes before they take effect. All changes will be effective upon the changes being made to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our site after we have updated the Privacy Policy with notice is your acceptance of the changes. All additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Privacy Policy by this reference.

The date at the top of the Privacy Policy tells you the last time we updated it.
